In this section I've listed some of the questions I've had about the show over the years. I actually wrote the list in like '97, so some of the questions seem a little random to me now. The Duke Family - Boss and Rosco - Flash - The Reunions - Cars - Coy and Vance - Other

The Duke Family:

-Why weren’t Coy and Vance invited to the Hazzard Homecoming?
-What ever happened to Jeb Stuart Duke?
-How do you spell Bo’s full name?
-Bo drives much better and much more often than Luke, so how come they both want to become NASCAR drivers?

Boss and Rosco:

-Why does Boss Hogg speak so low of his wife- Rosco’s fat sister, Lulu?
-Why would any sane person (namely Big Daddy) name his or her twins Abraham Lincoln and Jefferson Davis?
-On his visit to Hazzard (“Big Daddy”), why doesn’t Big Daddy mention Abe, his other son?
-Why are five episodes devoted to the antics of Boss Hogg’s nephew, Hughie Hogg? (“Uncle Boss”, “The Return of Hughie Hogg”, “Hughie Hogg Strikes Again”, “When You Wish Upon A Hogg”, & “The Revenge of Hughie Hogg”)
-How did Rosco become so incompetent? He was an honest lawman for 20+ years before he met Boss Hogg.

Flash:

-Is “Flash” played by the same dog throughout the series?
-How old was the dog that played “Flash”?
-What breed of dog was “Flash”? (Basset hound)
-Was the name of the dog that played “Flash” really Flash? (According to the founder of the offical tDoH fan club, yes!)
-Is “Toodles” really Flash’s granddaughter? (According to James Best, yes again)

The Reunions:

-Why does Luke become a firefighter?
-Why doesn't Waylon narrate? (I've dedicated a full page to my answer for this question)

Cars:

-Why is the General Lee orange? (“Happy Birthday, General Lee”-The only color paint Cooter had when the General Lee was created was orange, yet four other colors were used to create the stars and bars and 01 What was Cooter doing with all that orange paint anyway?)
-How many police cars were wrecked during filming of the 147 episodes?
-What was the make of the Hazzard County police cars?
-Why were the Chickasaw County police cars green?

Coy and Vance:

-If they were going for complete look-a-likes, why did Coy wear the blue shirt while Vance wore the yellow shirt?
-If they did not want it to be that obvious, why didn’t they at least give Coy and Vance original clothes?

Other:

-How many counties share borders with Hazzard? (I’ve counted 10-Placid, Choctaw, Chickasaw, Clearance, Osage, Grand, Hatchaby, Sweetwater, Wyrika, and Riverton)
-Is Hazzard located in Georgia or are they purposely vague about the state? (license plates, Atlanta)
-Why do Bo and Luke usually wear the same outfits, yet Daisy never wears the same one twice?
-After the first episode, Bo and Luke lose their cowboy attitudes (except for their cowboy boots, including Bo’s mail order ones). Why?
-In one episode Uncle Jesse’s barn is full of dogs, but we never see them again. Why?
-Why was The Dukes of Hazzard cut, and what replaced it?
